A decade of guiding Indiaβs next generation
Career Planner was founded in 2012 by a group of psychologists and educators who believed career guidance in India deserved the same rigour as academic counseling. Too many students were choosing streams based on peer pressure or parental expectation β not aptitude, interest, or opportunity.
Starting from a single office in Pune, we built a methodology grounded in psychometric science, labour-market data, and one-on-one mentorship. Word spread β not through advertising, but through the students whose lives genuinely changed.
Today we operate across 12 cities, with a team of 40+ counselors who have collectively guided more than 15,000 students from Class 9 through mid-career pivots.
